Selection & Initial Inspectionn
Screen high-quality used trucks with no frame (chassis) cracks, no deformation, and no major accident records.
Deep Cleaning & Disassembly
Stripping & Inspection: Remove old tires, used seats, aging pipelines and damaged body panels. High-pressure Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the engine and chassis with industrial high-pressure water gun and degreaser to expose the real metal condition.
Chassis & Suspension Strengthening
Rust Removal & Painting: Perform sandblasting rust removal on the frame, then apply multiple layers of anti-rust paint and topcoat. Leaf Spring Inspection: Inspect and reinforce leaf springs, replace damaged pin shafts. Brake System: Replace pads and air pipes.
Cabin Restoration & Interior
Sheet Metal & Painting: Repair cab dents and collisions. Interior Refurbishment: Replace new seat covers, floor mats. Air conditioning system inspection.
